Paragraph 1 This is a blog. It is called “Simon Sez This About That”. It is written by a single author, Stephen Simon. The Author works for Simon & Simon RPS inc. a Florida Corp. All posts are the intellectual property of the above mentioned Florida Corp. The blog is owned by the above mentioned Corp. The Corp. Simon & Simon RPS inc. is a very small corporation, having almost no assets. This isn’t by choice it just happens to be that way. This blog was constructed to attempt to inform the public, entertain the public and share the thoughts of the Author, that works for the corporation; that has very few assets.

Paragraph 2 It is not intended to offend, or to do harm to any person, or business or artificial entity. It never has had the intent to harm or offend any person or group of persons. It is merely a collection of thoughts. The accuracy of these thoughts may be in question. the Author has tried to be accurate, but makes no representation that accuracy at any level has been achieved. Do not rely on this space for accurate information of any kind. To do so would be at your own risk. Further the Author clearly states; “If you must have only 100% accurate information, leave this website”.

Paragraph 3 In addition, the Author’s thoughts and opinions change from time to time…the Author thinks this a necessary consequence of having an open mind.Of course the Author may be wrong in his thinking, and you cannot rely on this thought as being totally accurate.  This weblog or blog is intended to provide a semi-permanent point in time snapshot and manifestation of the various memes running around the Author’s mind, and as such any thoughts and opinions expressed within out-of-date posts may not the same, nor even similar, to those thoughts the Author may hold today. Further, things change so fast in our society the Author clearly states this: “anything on this website may be out of date and incorrect by the time it is posted on the website”.

Paragraph 4 If we have embedded a link to a video it was not our intent to steal or profit from doing so. We have placed the embedding code that the company YouTube offers visitors to make use of for this very purpose. Videos posted to YouTube are there to be shared and if the owner of that video didn’t want it posted they shouldn’t have put it on YouTube. It is all YouTube’s fault no matter what.

Paragraph 5 Photos, JPG’s, GIF’s have either been taken by the Author or have been purchased on very inexpensive “Stock Photo” websites by the Author on behalf of the Corporation that own the blog; a corporation with very little assets. So if you have a claim regarding ownership of a photo see the “Stock Photo” websites that are selling them. If you are offended by a photo the Author and the Corp. did not mean for the posting of the photo to have that effect. See Paragraph 6.

Paragraph 6 If anyone person, group of persons, or business organization has a problem or is offended by any material on this website. The corporation will remove it within 48 hours of receiving written notice via certified mail of such offense or problem from the party that is claiming to be offended. The Corporation and the Author working on behalf of the Corp. by stating this offer to remove any item from the website are in no way shape or form admitting they, the Author or Corp. has offended any person or group of persons or business; they the author and or Corp. are just trying to be nice.

Paragraph 7 In order to contact the Author or Corp. to effectively communicate a desire to have material removed from this website, as stated in Paragraph 6, persons should send their written requests, in the English language because the Author is only fluent in that language, to the Corp. mailing address.

Paragraph 8 The Author and the Corp. clearly state that the Corporation’s mailing address and Registered Agent’s mailing address are on file with the Florida State Division of Corporations, and those desiring the address can obtain it from the State’s List of domestic corporations.

Paragraph 9 Our Sponsors neither necessarily endorse the views of the author or hold to them. They just like seeing their logo’s and ads on the Internet.
