 I thought I would do a post about of one of the “Hero’s” that help keep us safe. This is General David P. Fridovich.

The link above is to his testimony before the House Armed Services Officials in March of this year.

The General and those like him are bright, dedicated, wonderful people that love their Country. They are doing an enormously difficult job; and at times seem to have to do battle with our own elected officials in order to serve the People of our Nation.

Sometimes when I look at the Government I forget these people (like the General), seeing only those self-serving politicians that are neither bright nor dedicated. It is a good thing to look and listen to the voices and thoughts of men and women like the General.

I am particularly proud of him, he is my cousin, I wish I could have spent more time with him when we were growing up.
