12-8-2009 – Pence Discusses EPA Regulation, Cap and Tax on Fox Business

Congressman Pence has stated the obvious. The “Timing” and purpose of the EPA action is dubious. In my opinion it is akin to “blackmail”. A thug like threat to force Congress to act in a manner that will undoubtedly hurt the troubled American economy even more. The action is disgusting but well timed and planned (if you have no integrity whatsoever); I say this because it will apply pressure and at the same time provide a “False Cover” for those that take this improper action.

I believe the majority of Americans see the EPA’s action for what it is, and end around run on Congress; an  action that forces what the president and his fringe left want, a gigantic new source of power and tax, the two narcotics that this Administration is hopelessly addicted to.

I do not believe that Obama & his minions are unaware of what this type of taxing action would do to the current “jobs” situation. I think they are aware but are willing to cause the pain if in the end they are rewarded with control & taxing authority over the entire Nation’s energy usage.

2010 is almost here. November of 2010 is the first opportunity that the American people will have to “Strike back”. I pray they will do so in convincing majority and throw these arrogant, self-serving elitists out of public life for good…
