26 Dec 09 Mrs. Obama employs An Army of Servents; all paid for by US Tax Dollars

“In my own life, in my own small way, I have tried to give back to this country that has given me so much,” she said. “See, that’s why I left a job at a big law firm for a career in public service,”— Michelle Obama.

Doctor Paul Williams of the Canadian free Press first wrote on this subject in July. Then Mrs Obama was surrounded by 22 servants & employees. Just a few short months later the author updated his readers by adding that the number had grown to 26!

Twenty-six full time workers devoted to nothing but doing her hair & make up and making sure she sounds good to the media…

Remember they (the media) tortured Laura Bush over some plates! As best I can research Mrs. Bush employed 10 staffers (about 1/3 what Mrs. Obama seems to need). Where is the Main Stream Media’s Outrage? Double Standard  would be an understatement…

Using the old list of employee salary-Cost to US Taxpayers about $1,750,000 each year she is there! (without taking into account the cost of the insane benefit packages each servant gets, which will be many more millions!). Now with the number of attendants at 26 that total cost has surely grown…

(Credit to: The discovery of the additional attendants was made by D’Angelo Gore of factcheck.org and by calls to Katie McCormick Lelyyeld, Michelle Obama’s press secretary.

Mr. Gore launched his investigation of the First Lady’s staff in the wake of an article that appeared on thelastcrusade.org and Canada Free Press on July 7.)

Will there be more? The level of spending the Obama’s bring with them is particularly in poor taste in these times. There are 15,000,000 Americans out of work and the 1st Lady feels no shame at spending more tax dollars on “Hand Maidens & Helpers” than any other first Lady in the entire history of the entire world.

Credit for the research on this list goes to the Canadian Free Press that originally made this public information. Where was/is the US Main Stream Media on this? Yeah Right…

You’re right! Since there are already millions of Americans out of work, why not add 20 more to the unemployment ranks by firing most of these employees! Let’s put a dent in government expenditures (using tax payer money) by eliminating $1.7 from their “servants” and “hand maidens” budget.

Well, they said there would be change…

I think I vomited a little in my mouth. Is there a country that I can move to now that is not a socialist one?
