06 Feb 10 Change is coming, but it won’t be Obama’s Kind!

It’s 2010. Millions walk about with ear piece telephones stuck over their ear lobes. Books are down loaded to “Kindles” & “Nooks”. The landscape will be different moving forward (it has always been thus)…

The railroads destroyed before they developed. The newspapers informed us all; but their power and worth is fading. Network chiefs & Automobile CEO’s were like Gods; now closer to Devils (or at least selling souls to him).

The whole World is changing (yet again) and those like Obama think they can “Mandate a hold” while they attempt to reshape it in the fashion they choose; this will not happen.

Obama will not declare “America Green”, only the power of efficiency and pragmatic sense will choose our new fuel; not some teleprompter in Washington DC. shale & natural  gas are in such abundance in America that we will gravitate towards those new “Staples of Power”. It is inevitable. The catch as catch can of wind and solar power are enticing in their simplicity; but they are alas not dependable & not yet easily converted to our every whim. Perhaps someday but not tomorrow.

Obama will not save the NY Times or any other icon of the news print. Their time has passed. They are too costly, they are too slow, they are too arrogant. The better source is the multitude of sources. The thousands if not millions of voices that can be heard all at once! This symphony of thoughts provides the food for consensus today & for the future. The “Single Voice” has lost it’s strangle hold on our minds (the Internet has seen to that)…

The auto worker’s job may be subsidized for the moment, but it can’t be saved. Economies of lesser cost provide greater margins and they will prevail.

Only by innovation and invention will we succeed. Not by bailout & support.

I believe this nation of entrepreneurs will survive. There is a spirit, there are resources; what we must guard is the opportunity!

Obama thinks all should be provided. I think he truly believes he knows best and will attempt to prove it. This is an arrogance that isn’t unique. It is present in most of the “Elite” sect; a secure feeling that the “Masses” cannot be trusted with their own destiny. This is the concept that they use to justify the theft of our opportunity. This is what makes them dangerous.

I do not think they will win… A giant pendulum seems to have swung as far to the “Left” as it will swing; the predictable retrace towards the center shall take place. When it does America will again move forward. Not by government agency or Federal Bailout, but by the discovery &  productivity of the millions of individuals that inhabit our Great Nation.

Do not embrace the mediocrity that is Obama’s Plan, we can and will have better!
